Am I bright enough to shine in your spaces?

So Steph and I have been practically salivating to see Kings of Leon play with The Black Keys in Texas, but we can’t get the time off!! :(

(Yep, I sure did get a job, funny enough its in Pleasanton! Like a mile from where David is all day.. its funny how things work out! I won’t have my own classroom for a couple of months but its been great to get to know the other teachers, and kids.. I’ve been so blessed lately, I swear!)

We (Steph and I) have also been trying to see if we could make it to the Muse concert! So much amazing music coming our way this summer!!! I start my 6 courses in august and its going to be quite the balancing act. I’m hoping to get David and Ben tickets to see DMB in August, because it would be a great gift, and I know they’d both love it - but we’ll see how things go.
Alsoooo My good friend Alyssa has been chatting it up with David’s friend Ben… Hmm… *starts singing “Summer Nights”

Anyhew, I’ve been doing fantastic guys, thanks for asking about me!

To answer a few questions I’ve been getting a lot recently:
- No I have not been playing many games, really just Little Big Planet on ps3, and House of the dead 2, 3 & 4 on Wii.
- I -will- be playing Guild wars 2 when it comes out in November, and you can catch me on Guild Wars ocassionally (Daz Vindicio)
- I -am- still doing websites, though not commercially, you have to send me an inquiry at xvi . impetus @ gmail . com and we’ll see if i can squeeze you in

Another spoonful of update-y goodness!

It all started on a double date with Steph.

Things are going really well for me now. I sign up for classes on the 18th. I was cleared for 5x what I’ll need for school. Once I get signed up for class I can start work. The ‘roommate’ situation has worked itself out. Things are going fucking swimmingly. I’m working on getting my Teaching license for California, I’m 16 hours short. Hopefully within the next 3 months I’ll have my associates, and then by the end of the year I’ll have completed. I already have well over the 567 hours actually required. :) The California system is crazy but useful i suppose. Ah well Im going to go give blood soon, so I’m gonna go, i miss everyone!

As the intartubes turn

It’s been a crazy past few weeks, had a really shit beginning to this week, but I’ve tried to keep positive. Spent all day on the phone with (hopefully) future employers. And admissions for MORE college. I’m not fucking excited. And my ex moves out on the 30th of this month, so if I don’t get a job sorted out fucking soon I’ll be needing a damn roomate. Nngh. I did get the chance to catch up with an old friend and that’s been the highlight of my week. Also Jack is fucking lucky I love his furry little ass so much or else I’d do the smart thing and choose sleeping well over him. I’m just afraid he’d end up a stray or put down and I know my conscience couldn’t deal with that. It was only 2k…. That’s 2 pairs of Christian louboutain pumps… D: eiither wayyy.. I just wanted to let my dwindling number of groupies know “i’m not quite dead yet, I’m getting better” (you know who you are, mark, em, aly) maybe a dazcast this weekend ;)

So the computer took a dive today, have spent all night fixing it…

So yesterday my roomate almost died on ribs, started choking on a piece of bone and I had to give her the heimlich maneuver… Because no one else knew how. Then this morning was the funeral and I played the music, was interesting. Then after the reception I get food poisoning… Oh joyous joys! So freakin’ tired. Goodnight, Internet.
